My Story

I live in Middleton with my family and have been able to create a small haven for Reiki and Reflexology treatments.  My mother was a therapist and had many strings to her bow, so it was no surprise that I too had a calling.

I have been a qualified Reflexologist and Reiki practitioner since 2008 after a rigorous year of training in an AOR accredited course including anatomy and physiology aswell as an excess of 60 hours in reflexology case studies.  Over the years I have had the pleasure of treating a wide range of people including babies and children, cancer care patients, the elderly, pregnant ladies and those with specific challenges, such as anxiety, sleep problems, back aches, hormonal changes. I can offer my own tranquil treatment room or possibly visit your business or home.

I am also a Primary school teacher and have an MSc in Environmental Conservation Management to add to my varied qualifications.  I love being outside, learning new things and spending time with friends and family.
